Proclaiming is simply making an announcement to the world, in this case, we are declaring we stand with Jesus and with the Scripture being all Truth. To "Proclaim" is "To announce officially and publicly; declare." This is not only for the natural world we can see with our eyes and hear with our ears and touch with our bodies! But! For the spirit world as well!

Scripture tells us in Matthew 4:23 "And Jesus was going about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness among the people." And then in Matthew 9:35 "And Jesus was going about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues, and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every kind of disease and every kind of sickness." Jesus spoke these Words in Matthew 24:14, "And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached (proclaimed) in the whole world for a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come." Then in Mark 16:15 Jesus spoke these Words, "And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach (proclaim) the gospel to all creation."
